1. Subject of the Offer
Atlabyte LLC (the "Provider"), registered in the Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek, TIN 00509202510067, registration number 319839-3301-ООО, OKPO 34184738, offers to any individual or legal entity (the "Customer") to enter into an agreement for providing access to the ATLA AI platform under the terms of this public offer. The offer is considered accepted upon payment of any pricing plan.
2. Service Description
The Provider grants the Customer access to the following services depending on the chosen plan:
- Creation and configuration of AI employees for handling client requests.
- Integration with messengers (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook), the website widget, and CRM systems.
- Access to the built-in CRM, analytics, and knowledge-base management.
- Technical support according to the pricing plan.
3. Pricing Plans

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Payment is also accepted in Kyrgyz som at the NBKR rate on the date of payment.
4. Payment Procedure
- Payment is made on a 100% prepayment basis for the selected period (month/quarter/year).
- Payment methods: bank card (Visa, MasterCard, Elcart), Elsom, bank transfer.
- The moment of payment is when funds are credited to the Provider's account.
- Closing documents (work completion act, invoice) are provided on request.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are possible within 14 days of payment if the services have not been actually used.
- If the Service has been used (login, agent creation, message sending), the refund is calculated proportionally to the unused period.
- Refund requests are submitted to support@atlabyte.com. Processing time - up to 10 business days.
6. Term and Termination
- The agreement enters into force upon acceptance (payment) and is valid until the end of the paid period.
- The subscription auto-renews unless the Customer cancels it 3 days before the end of the current period.
- The Provider may unilaterally terminate the agreement if the Customer violates the Terms of Service.
7. Liability of the Parties
- The Provider guarantees Service availability of at least 99.5% uptime per month (Enterprise plan - according to SLA).
- The Provider is not liable for the content of knowledge bases uploaded by the Customer.
- The parties are released from liability in case of force majeure.
