1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the ATLA AI platform (the "Service"), developed and operated by Atlabyte LLC, registered in the Kyrgyz Republic, TIN 00509202510067, registration number 319839-3301-ООО, OKPO 34184738. By registering or using the Service, you confirm full agreement with these Terms.
2. Service Description
ATLA AI is a platform for creating, configuring, and managing AI agents (chatbots) that automate customer communication via messengers (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook), the website widget, and telephony. The Service provides analytics, CRM integrations, knowledge-base management, and voice campaigns.
3. Registration and Account
- Registration is required to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login and password secure. Any actions taken under your account are considered yours.
- The Operator may block or delete the account in case of Terms violation.
4. User Rights and Obligations
- Use the Service for lawful purposes only and in accordance with KR legislation.
- Do not use the Service for spam, phishing, fraud, or other illegal activities.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to the Service, servers, or other users' data.
- Do not copy, modify, decompile, or distribute the Service without written consent of the Operator.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Service, its design, code, algorithms, and trademarks belong to Atlabyte LLC. Use of the Service does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. Content uploaded by the user (knowledge bases, scripts) remains the property of the user.
6. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "as is". The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
- The Operator is not liable for damages resulting from the use of AI agents, including incorrect responses.
- The Operator's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user over the last 3 months.
7. Changes to the Terms
The Operator may amend these Terms. Notice of changes is published on the website and/or sent to the user's email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.
8. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. All disputes are resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, in the court at the Operator's location (Bishkek).
