This Privacy Policy defines how personal data of users of the ATLA AI service (the "Service") is processed and protected. The Service is provided by Atlabyte LLC (the "Operator"), registered in the Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek, TIN 00509202510067, registration number 319839-3301-ООО, OKPO 34184738. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

2. What Data We Collect ​

  • Contact details: first name, last name, phone number, email address.
  • Organization details: company name, tax ID, business sector.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies, Service usage data.
  • Conversation data: content of dialogues with AI agents to improve answer quality.

3. Processing Purposes ​

  • Providing and improving the Service.
  • Communicating with the user: notifications, replies to requests, technical support.
  • Training and improving AI models (with anonymized data).
  • Compliance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. Data Protection ​

We apply modern security measures: data encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), access control with two-factor authentication, regular backups, and security monitoring. Data is stored on secure servers with restricted access.

5. Sharing Data with Third Parties ​

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may only be shared with:
